Newly renovated with all new furniture, new kitchens, bathrooms, and hardwood flooring throughout:  Located on the first floor this spacious condominium has wide open views of Strawberry Hill and the greater valley and mountains to the north and west. The living room is set with a large comfortable sectional sofa, a sitting chair, a gas fireplace and views to the west and of Strawberry Hill. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors to the outside with Juliette Balconies over looking the Strawberry Hill slope area. (In spite of being on the first floor, due to the slope of the ground below, this unit is located approximately 25 feet above the ground improving its views and privacy).

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, desk, wall mounted flat screen TV and a large corner sitting area with comfortable chairs that overlook the neighboring Rio Hondo and the Strawberry Hill slopes, with great views of the valley and surrounding mountains to the north and west. There is also a small desk in the event that work intrudes on your relaxation. The master bathroom is en suite with a double vanity and separate full sized tub and glass shower stall.

The second bedroom is great for the kids with two bunk beds and a TV and DVD player. The second bathroom features a large glass shower stall and single vanity.  The third bedroom has a king bed while its en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and single vanity.

The newly renovated gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas range, updated appliances and a pull up bar with four stools for casual eating. This fully appointed kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator and all cooking utensils and dishes. In the dining area you will find a large wooden dining table complete with seating for six.

All Edelweiss guests have complete access to the property’s dry sauna, hot tub and exercise room with updated equipment and free weights, all also on the first floor.  The Edelweiss’ outstanding massage therapists are also on hand for massage treatments as well as facials and a unique body scrub treatment. Enjoy the property’s shared game room off the main lobby equipped with a pool table, foosball table and big screen TV.
