This is the Edelweiss’ largest 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condominium located on the second floor with views that encompass the New Mexico’s highest peaks to the east and the main base area village along Sutton Place.  Sit by the living room fireplace or on the lounge chair in the corner window seating area and watch the snow fall and the activity of the village.

Custom tile floors are featured throughout with numerous area rugs. This unit boast a southwestern décor with abundant area artwork making this a one-of-a-kind retreat.

Create a delicious meal in the kitchen that has granite counter tops and room for four on the bar stools. The dining area has an eclectic wood table with 4 chairs. This fully appointed kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator and all cooking utensils and dishes.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD, clock radio w/ IPOD dock. The master bathroom is complete with a full sized bath tub and separate glass shower stall and double vanity. For additional sleeping space, there’s a queen leather sleeper sofa in the living room.
