Letter from the Chef

 Greetings All!  My name is Jeffrey Doyen and I am the new Executive Chef at the Edelweiss Lodge & Spa.  I am very excited to be here for the 2009/10 ski season and many more seasons to come!

Our Bistro offers a wide range of dining options with fresh salads & soups, seafood, pasta dishes, pizza, all natural beef and chicken dishes, house-made desserts, nightly specials and a hand picked wine list. The Bistro will be open from 5:00pm till 9:00 pm Wednesday thru Sunday.

We will also be offering the Deli at the Edelweiss (7:30am to 3:00pm everyday) with breakfast burritos, pastries, yogurts, fresh juices & coffee drinks.  For lunch, delicious soups, sandwiches, cookies, brownies and a full package store with wonderful wine, beer and liquor choices.

On top of all these, we will have a daily Happy Hour from 4-6pm with drink specials and an exciting Happy Hour menu.  On Monday and Tuesdays the Lounge will be offering   Pizza and Game Room Nights. Open from 4:00 till 9:00 with a fun pizza menu, drink specials and free Pool, Foosball and large screen television in our wonderful Game Room

I would like you to know that as a guest of the bistro at the Edelweiss, if you have any special dietary needs, you’re a vegan or vegetarian, I will do everything I can to accommodate your needs.
